If you enlarge this pic you will see that the lower front edge of C2 has a spur formed there.  Bone spurs at C2 are much more rare than at C5, C6, or C7.  This one formed after a childhood fall that damaged the anterior longitudinal Ligament over 30 years ago.  I can’t get rid of the spur but I can hall her feel better.
